BUDAY ENIKO
ABOUT
I enjoy giving life to inanimate objects, as well as turning living beings into objects...
I work mostly with my body, the camera on my mobile phone, and computer.
I observe the visual and non-verbal communicative signals of daily living.
I analyze these as a sort of choreography, or a still image, which I usually
apply in some shape or form to my creations.
I pay close attention to the life of random objects, and their role
in the composition of streets, shelves, walls, tables, etc.,
anywhere where something can be left behind, placed, or randomly placed.
I take photos of the above mentioned objects, and later try to reenact
the images' contents on a table, or process them on the computer.
Some of these objects even become part of performances.
